Triscuit

Triscuit was releasing several new flavors like; Dill, Sea Salt, Olive Oil, and wanted customers to know that they didn’t need toppings to enjoy them. The problem was that Triscuit has been telling customers for 70 years that their crackers taste best with toppings. So we created a campaign highlighting and apologizing for the mistake. Letting customers know that Triscuit actually taste great on their own. And to back it all up we created a page on Facebook for offended parties to sign up for a free box to taste for themselves. The campaign created a lot of discussion online and was featured on food blogs like foodchannel.com. I guess people really like free crackers.
