  • Led creative for Cricket Wireless ($100M+ media), managing a team of 15+ in two offices (NYC & SF) to execute multiple campaigns across broadcast, social, radio, out-of-home, and digital. Resulting in +20% growth in subscribers and record-low churn rates under 3%.

  • Led creative for Fitbit, rebranding the product from a step counter to a whole health device. We successfully launched three separate generations of devices in three extensive global marketing campaigns across EMEA, NA, LATAM, APAC.

  • Rebranded Shutterfly to appeal to a younger audience. The campaign resulted in double-digit growth and reversed Shutterfly’s multi-year sales decline.

  • Responsible for mentoring teams and guiding three direct reports to achieve their career best.

  • Wrote and helped implement a creative process for the agency to function more efficiently, get to big ideas more quickly, and keep teams on track.
